Respected sir, i am Sushil Kumar, using mts cdma smart sim number 8459106894 for last 2 month MY INTERNET SPEED IS TO SLOW LESS THAN 200 TO 250 kbps, Complaint many time in mts customer care and appellate officer no one help me nd not solved my problem they give m excuses like in peak hours number of users use internet. SIR,I AM JUST FED UP OF ALL THESE NONSENSE BY MTS... SIR.... PLEASE HELP ME... AND GIVE RIGHT DIRECTION TO ME... AND PLESE.. TAKE ANY STRICT ACTION AGAINST MTS..

Bell MTS review in Brandon, Manitoba: MTS offers Horrible Customer Service

I had a question about my phone so I stopped by the MTS store in the Brandon Shoppers Mall, filled in my info and waited my turn in line. A little while later I got a text saying I was first in line. I waited at the store and nobody came to see me. I waited for FORTY minutes and realized they obviously do not care about wasting everyone’s time. When I tried to make eye contact to see if anyone would answer me they pretended I wasn’t there. I ended up just leaving as there is no point in standing around and hoping these people would do their job properly. Either MTS doesn’t care about fixing their reputation or their customers don’t matter because helping people in a timely matter is not their priority. It is frustrating that after they get their money they are completely useless and don’t feel the need to honour any warranties. Other times they have given me the runaround: sending me to all three locations multiple times because they didn’t have the “resources” to deal with it. Going to the next store just to have them send me to a new one. An old phone had a glitch and because they didn’t know what to do with it they just flashed it. (which means deleting everything). They are extremely unknowledgeable. During this time they had me sit and wait while this happened as I was told it would “only take a minute or two”. When in reality it was TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I was changing my address so I phoned MTS to let them know. It took three months for me to get the bill at the correct address. Everytime I called to enquire about it, they acted as I was lying or they passed the buck to someone else. They never take responsibility for themselves. I’ve never been to any MTS store and been satisfied when I left. They are known for having horrible customer service.
